Today, Khmelnytsky region sent aid to the residents of Kherson region who suffered as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. This was reported by the First Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration Serhiy Tyurin.
Thus, 44 tons of drinking water and 15 thousand liters of fuel have already been sent. Among other things, 20 generators, 200 shovels, 20 pairs of rubber boots, clothes, household chemicals, bedding, blankets, mattresses, etc. have been prepared for shipment.
"Today, thanks to the reserves of the State Reserve, we have joined forces with volunteers and entrepreneurs to form the necessary assistance to our sister region and its residents. We plan to send such cargoes as long as it is needed. Together, we will overcome not only the disaster but also the vile enemy," the official said.
